Matthew Taylor
Matthew is the Founder & CEO of Tasso Capital Healthcare Partners, a Private Equity Firm that partners with medical industry experts to help scale their businesses!
With experience in the real estate business at varying capacities, Matthew has been involved with deal-making in volumes of over $10m+ deals.
He founded a Real Estate Service buisness, that provides a marketing and acquisition service for resedintial real estate investors accross the country.
Matthew's vision for this firm is simple, change the way Private Equity is viewed and works in the healthcare industry!
Co-Founder & Chief Investment Officer
Dan Pierson
Dan is leading Pierson Equity Group using his insight and long-standing relationships in commercial real estate. He was a collegiate athlete at the University of Cincinnati from 2010-13 while studying business and entrepreneurship.
He launched a handful of small concepts and businesses throughout college, including an online wholesale health supplement store, a portable (size of credit card) cloud based storage device, vending machine company, monthly nutraceutical subscription concept, and bar/restaurant software concept.
Dan started pursuing commercial real estate in 2011 by attempting to buy out a large operator of parking garages in Cincinnati, Ohio before finding a great opportunity in the fitness industry.
He sold his vending machine company and backed down from other responsibilities to purchase his first operational fitness center in 2012 at the age of 20. Dan’s success in the fitness industry paved the way for expansion into different regions with multiple locations.
He started a business intermediary firm in 2019 and has exclusively sold over $4 million in small businesses and assisted in the sale of over $50 million of real estate.
Dan spent years building relationships with some of the top apartment buyers in the nation before launching Pierson Equity Group.

Timi (Oluwarotimi) Adepoju
MD, MPH, MS
Dr “Timi” completed his Pediatrics training at Texas A&M College of Medicine at Driscoll Children’s Hospital, Corpus Christi Texas. In addition, he has a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of South Florida, Tampa Florida, and a Master of Science from Texas A&M University.
He has extensive experience in General Pediatrics and in Pediatric Hospital Medicine and he is Board Certified in both General Pediatrics and Pediatric Hospital Medicine.
He has lived and practiced in numerous cities in the US including Tampa Florida, Corpus Christi & Dallas Texas, Cedar Rapids Iowa, and Dayton Ohio.
He is married to Stephanie, a Pediatric Cardiologist at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, and has a Son, Christopher.
He's the founder of EmPower HealthCare Group a Management Services Company that provides Non-Medical services to Pedaitrians & Physicains alike.

Bryce completed is Finance degree at Mississippi State university.
